Shipping & Returns

We offer free shipping on all orders. There are no additional shipping costs, regardless of the size or weight of your order. Our delivery times vary depending on the availability of items and the selected shipping option. The average delivery time is 4 to 10 days to Germany.
Return Policy
All orders are shipped free of charge. However, returns must be made at your own expense, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., in the case of a wrong or defective item).
You may return most new, unopened items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll issue a refund once we receive and process the item.
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
