Delivery Time

Delivery time consists of two phases:

  1. Processing Time:

    • Within one business day of placing your order, it will be reviewed, approved, and prepared for shipping.
    • Orders received outside regular business hours will be processed on the next business day.
  2. Shipping Time:

    • Germany: 8-14 business days

    • Europe: 8-14 business days

    Note: All delivery times are calculated without potential delays due to customs or logistics partners. During peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday, or New Year), delays may occur.

  3. Shipping Carrier:

    • Shipping is carried out by trusted partners such as DHL or Yunexpress. However, we reserve the right to use alternative shipping carriers depending on the destination country and availability.

Shipping Costs

We offer worldwide free premium shipping, which includes the following benefits:

  • Insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.
  • No additional shipping costs, regardless of order size or destination.

Note: Possible customs duties and import taxes are not included in free shipping and may have to be borne by the customer.


Tracking

After shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your order directly here: https://naialea.com/apps/parcelpanel.
  • For logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in multiple partial deliveries. In this case, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.

Note: Tracking data can take up to 5 business days to be updated by our system and the shipping carrier. If tracking shows no information after this time, please contact our customer service.


Cancellations

  1. Cancellation Period:

    • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them. After this period, the processing begins, and cancellation is no longer possible.
  2. Orders Already Shipped:

    • Once shipped, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible. In this case, you can return the order after receipt according to our return policy.

Note: An automatic refund is not made. The terms and conditions of our return and refund process apply.


Important Notes on Shipping & Delivery

  1. Customs and Import Duties:

    • For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional customs duties or taxes may apply. These are not covered by Naia Léa. The customer is obliged to pay these costs directly to the responsible authorities.
  2. Responsibility During Transit:

    • We assume no liability for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or force majeure.
  3. Damaged or Lost Packages:

    • Should your package be damaged or lost during transit, we will contact the shipping carrier to find a solution. Please report such cases to us within 7 days of receipt of the goods or the estimated delivery date.
  4. Undeliverable Packages:

    • If a package is returned due to incorrect address information or multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, a new shipping fee may apply.

    • Package Collection at Parcel Points:

      If your package is available for collection at a parcel point and you do not pick it up within the specified period, it will be returned to us. The return costs in this case are to be borne by the customer. Please pick up your package in good time to avoid additional costs.
