Do you need help?

If you have a problem or a question that requires immediate assistance, we have a VIP package that gives you access to our customer service chat. First, become a VIP member by purchasing our VIP member product.

If you don't mind waiting, send us an email and we'll get back to you within 20-36 hours!

General Questions

To place an order, simply select the product you wish to purchase, choose the appropriate size, and add it to your shopping cart. Then proceed to the shopping cart, enter your shipping and payment details, and complete the order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is complete.

Returns can now be easily requested through your own account. Don't have an account yet? Then create one to request your return. Also check your spam folder if you have not received a confirmation email. The customer bears the shipping costs for returns. All returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track the status of your delivery using this number. Alternatively, you can view order tracking in your Naia Léa account.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@naialea.com. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can make the changes.

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Other payment methods such as iDEAL and Klarna are not currently offered.

We always offer free shipping, regardless of the order value. Enjoy free shopping at Naia Léa!

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number by email. Alternatively, you can view this in your Naia Léa account.
Exchanges are possible! Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll be happy to help you exchange the product for the correct size or a different product.
Yes! Keep an eye out for our special offers and discounts, which are regularly published on our website or social media. If you become a VIP member, you will receive a permanent 10% discount on all orders.

If you are not a VIP member, you can still request support via email. We strive to respond within 20-36 hours. However, VIP chat is only accessible to members.
VIP members receive chat responses within one hour, while non-VIP members typically receive an email response within 20-36 hours.
The VIP chat is available in the customer area under "My Account" when you are logged in as a VIP member. Once logged in, you can chat directly with our team.
